0

Amidst growing concerns about the survival rates of startups in today’s market, Kunal Shah, CEO of Fintech unicorn CRED, recently shed light on the grim reality facing these young companies. In a poignant LinkedIn post, Shah emphasized that the vast majority of startups are bound to fail, funded or not. He attributed this high failure rate to the challenges of navigating uncertainty and instability in the business landscape.

According to Shah, merely securing financial backing is not enough for startups to succeed. He underscored the importance of assembling teams of adept problem solvers who excel in ambiguous situations. This observation resonated with industry experts, including HelloPM founder Ankit Shukla, who stressed the significance of balancing stability and agility within startup environments.

The key takeaway from Shah’s message is that startups must focus on addressing real problems and delivering tangible value to customers to increase their chances of success. Relying on sheer luck or miracles is not a sustainable strategy. Instead, startups need a solid foundation built on robust problem-solving skills and a relentless commitment to generating value and achieving profitability.

As the startup ecosystem continues to evolve, the wisdom shared by Kunal Shah serves as a sobering reminder of the harsh realities that entrepreneurs face. By embracing uncertainty, fostering problem-solving capabilities, and prioritizing value creation, startups can enhance their prospects of not only surviving but thriving in today’s competitive business landscape.

Track Star Oblique Seville Races for Father’s Dream, Jamaica

0

PARIS, France — As sprinter Oblique Seville prepares to step on the track for his 100m semi-final event, his goal is more than just personal triumph. This dream is a tribute to his late father, Gerald Seville, his staunchest supporter. Seville’s father’s untimely passing just before his son’s rise in the sport left a void that Oblique aims to fill with a global team title.

I lost my father before I won at Champs in 2018, and he was the one that really pushed me to do this because he was always my supporter, Seville shared. He supported me before I became this big but, sadly, he didn’t get to see it because he passed away before I broke out on the scene.

Seville enters the semi-finals as the quickest Jamaican competitor, boasting a time of 9.99 seconds posted during his heat victory on Saturday. The sprinter’s journey has been marked by resilience, including recent recovery from injuries sustained during the JAAA/Puma National Senior Championships. As he approaches the semi-finals, Seville remains focused on executing a powerful start, propelled by his determination to honor his father’s legacy on the track.

Tension Escalates in England as Refugees and Natives Clash, UK

0

Across England, tensions between Britons and Islamic refugees have reached an all-time high. After years of integration failure from refugees being shipped into the United Kingdom involving terrorist attacks and grooming scandals, the lack of stability and security across England has left many native Britons disenfranchised and frustrated with their elected officials.

Last week, a 17-year-old named Axel Rudakubana entered a dance studio in northwestern England and stabbed multiple girls, killing 3 of them and leaving the rest wounded.

In response, protests broke out near a mosque in Southport a day after the dance studio attack. Protestors threw bottles and stones at authorities as they attempted to quell the protestors. Today, mere days after the demonstrations in Southport, further unrest is breaking out across England.

In Hull, fires burned and smoke billowed into the sky as a planned protest of demonstrators turned violent. Doctors were unable to get in or out of the local hospitals, all trains to and from Hull have been canceled, with damage to local businesses being reported by local news outlets as well.

In Stoke, mobs of refugees are taking to the street, masked and brandishing weapons and hunting Englanders to attack. Video shows groups of refugees roaming the streets, even passing by police with weapons in hand but police only stand by idly. Consequently, it has been reported 2 have been stabbed in Stoke by Muslim protestors.

In Blackburn, the same scene as Stoke. Roving gangs of refugees monitor the streets, searching for what the Britain mainstream media has described as far-right extremists. The refugees raising cries of Allahu Akbar, looking to attack anyone they see fit – indiscriminately, and in their eyes, justifiably.

After protests ripped through Sunderland, British authorities have reportedly began going door-to-door to to make arrests of anyone connected with the anti-immigration protests.

After being labeled as extremists by the media, instead of highlighting the plight of these concerned parents – there was a target placed on the back of anyone protesting England’s immigration problem and the reprehensible attack that left 3 children dead.

A report reveals that another woman was stabbed in Stirling, Scotland. Allegedly, the Muslim man stabbed the first woman detailed in The Scottish Sun article but also stabbed another 2 women as well.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer has some serious owning up to do, and the people of England deserve answers to the unrest ripping through their communities.
