Futuro Vegetal took to social media to share photos of them spraying the yacht and explained their intentions behind the act. This protest action was the culmination of a campaign called Jets and Yachts, the party is over initiated by Extinction Rebellion Ibiza, which aims to ban private jets and reduce luxury emissions.
Two activists from Futuro Vegetal were arrested by the Guardia Civil on Sunday morning for the vandalism. However, they were released from court on Monday afternoon, with charges of damage still standing against them.
