According to Dobie Ranch Rescue, Zoe’s previous owner purposefully starved her and even went as far as cutting her ears. This heinous act of evil must be stopped, and if anyone has information about Zoe’s previous owner, they are urged to come forward and expose them.
Despite the trauma she has faced, Zoe has already received a warm bath, a full belly, and surprisingly, maintains a happy disposition. However, she does need to gain some weight and reach a healthy condition before she can undergo spaying. Once this has been accomplished, Zoe will be ready to find her forever home.
Remarkably, Zoe displays signs of being housebroken and gets along well with other dogs and people. She simply desires the opportunity to experience the joys of puppyhood with a caring and loving family, which was previously denied to her.
