Stress Management: Nagaland Police Personnel Sensitized

During the Stress Awareness Week, the Carl Rogers Institute of Mental Health and School Counseling (CRIMHSC) collaborated with the Directorate of State and Family Welfare under National Mental Health Programme (NMHP) to organise an awareness programme at the Police Headquarters (PHQ) in Kohima, Nagaland. Dedicated to improving mental health and helping individuals and communities manage stress better, the event was a great success. Dr. Viketoulie Pienyu addressed the group about the effects of stress and possible solutions for managing it.
