HCBA Writes to Fadnavis About Inadequate Seating for Lawyers in Nagpur

The High Court Bar Association (HCBA) in Nagpur has complained about inadequate seating space for lawyers in the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court. With over 3,000 registered lawyers and only 750 seats available, the HCBA is demanding sufficient seating space, toilets, and parking, along with important tribunals to be set up in the city. As one of the oldest bar associations, and with the Centenary year on the horizon, the HCBA is advocating for its members by calling on government officials to address the issue with urgency.
