Nishad Party Prioritizes Social Media Presence

The Nishad Party in Uttar Pradesh is expanding its social media presence by launching a mobile app called Nishad Party Official to connect with its supporters and better coordinate with party workers. The app provides information on the party’s programs, news, and messages from national president Sanjay Nishad. State president Ravindra Mani Nishad stated that the app is available for all who wish to follow the party and can help the party reach out to target audiences like minorities, swing voters, and youth. In addition, the party has asked its IT cell heads and party in charge of districts and divisions to have a strong presence on Facebook, which has the widest reach. The party trained its IT cell heads on ways to amplify its social media presence and also launched an exclusive mobile app for party leaders and workers to mobilize cadre, send push notifications, and collect donations. By implementing a strategy to focus on one social media platform at a time, the party is hoping to expand its reach and connect with more people.
