The Ghana Hajj Board has come out to refute the recent claims that the Hajj fare has been reduced. They have described the social media post with such information as untrue and a palpable concoction by killjoys. The Hajj Board is urging the public to disregard the message with contempt.

According to a statement from the Executive Secretary of the Ghana Hajj Board Secretariat, the airlift of pilgrims is currently ongoing in Tamale and will soon commence in Accra once the Tamale segment is completed. The Hajj Board has not made any announcement regarding a reduction in Hajj fares. Pilgrims are therefore advised to make the necessary travel arrangements based on the previously announced fares.

The annual Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, is a religious duty that must be performed by all able-bodied Muslims who can afford to do so. The Ghana Hajj Board is responsible for organizing the annual Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca for Ghanaian Muslims.

As the Hajj season approaches, the Board is committed to ensuring a smooth and successful pilgrimage for all Ghanaian pilgrims. To this end, the public is being urged to be cautious of unverified information on social media and to seek clarification from official sources.

The Hajj Board statement further advises the public to disregard the untrue and palpable concoction of reduced Hajj fare information on social media. It should be noted that the Ghana Hajj Board has not announced any reduction in Hajj fares.

The board, however, wishes to assure the public that they are committed to organizing a seamless process for all pilgrims during the upcoming Hajj season. They also encourage all prospective pilgrims to make their necessary travel arrangements as previously announced.

In conclusion, the Ghana Hajj Board has reiterated that the Hajj fare has not been reduced. They urge the public to disregard any such information without confirmation from official sources. As with all religious activities, the Board is committed to seeing to the success of this year’s Hajj pilgrimage for Ghanaian Muslims.
