WINONA — Grace Marie (Tibesar) Stark, 94, of Winona, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Benedictine-Winona, Saint Anne Campus. Grace was born on Dec. 9, 1929, in Winona to Irene (Stephan) and Felix Tibesar. She married William Emil Stark in 1951 and they had three sons and a daughter. Grace dedicated 25 years to the St. Casimir Quilters and was an active member of the St. Casimir Church for 70 years. Her commitment to service extended to her role as a secretary at Town and Country Bank. Grace is survived by her three children: Bob, Steven, and Jim, along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her legacy resonates in the hearts of many as she is laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Minneiska, Minnesota, following a heartfelt funeral service officiated by The Very Reverend Mark McNea on Friday, April 12, 2024, at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Winona.
