A group of female BBC presenters have revealed all against the broadcaster as they take legal action claiming a job application process was rigged.
Martine Croxall, Karin Giannone, Kasia Madera, and Annita McVeigh have launched an employment tribunal against the BBC, alleging age and sex discrimination after not being selected for chief presenter roles following the merger of the BBC’s News and World News channels. The women claim they have suffered discrimination and are seeking justice through legal action. The BBC, on the other hand, is defending against the women’s claims as the case unfolds in the tribunal.
