Arrest Made in Highway 24 Shooting; 6 Detained in Connection with Robberies

After diligent efforts, investigators successfully identified a 24-year-old Vallejo man as the shooting suspect. On Tuesday, the authorities took action and arrested this individual at his apartment in Vallejo. Subsequently, he was booked into Contra Costa County jail on multiple charges including attempted murder, discharging a firearm at an occupied vehicle, and assault with a firearm.
In addition to apprehending the primary suspect, law enforcement also detained five other individuals at the same apartment. These individuals have since been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into a series of robberies and stolen vehicles. During a search of the premises, authorities discovered numerous illegal firearms, including two ghost gun assault rifles, high-capacity magazines, and even a stolen vehicle.
