Telangana BJP Chief Denounces ‘Inappropriate’ Comments About Jana Sena Chief, Calls it ‘False Propaganda’
Telangana BJP Chief and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has strongly condemned the circulating allegations on social media regarding his supposed ‘inappropriate’ comments about Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan. Reddy denounced these allegations as ‘false propaganda’ and expressed his dismay over the matter.
Addressing the media, Reddy clarified that the BJP and Janasena had contested together in the Telangana assembly elections, and the decision was made after careful consideration by both parties, given their participation in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
Furthermore, Reddy announced his intention to file a formal complaint with the police on Monday against those responsible for deliberately spreading misinformation. He vowed to take legal action against those involved in propagating such falsehoods.
The BJP chief’s statement comes in the wake of Congress emerging as the single largest party in the Telangana elections, securing 64 out of 119 seats, thereby ending the BRS’s 10-year reign. However, the BJP managed to win only 8 seats.
Reddy’s strong denial of the allegations made on social media emphasizes his commitment to maintaining a cordial relationship with Janasena party, as well as upholding the ethical and responsible conduct expected of political leaders.
