Indiana AG Files Lawsuit Against Hospital System Over Violation of Patient Privacy
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita has filed a lawsuit against Indiana University Health (IUH), the state’s largest hospital system, alleging a violation of patient privacy laws. The lawsuit centers around IUH employee and abortionist Caitlin Bernard, who reportedly shared the case of a 10-year-old rape victim who traveled from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion with the press.
