Man in Critical Condition Following High-Speed Car Crash in Las Vegas
A man is currently fighting for his life after being involved in a serious car accident in the eastern valley of Las Vegas this morning. The incident occurred at approximately 5:41 a.m. on August 27, when the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a collision at the intersection of East Bonanza Road and North Mojave Road. The crash involved a white Ford F-350 pick-up truck and a gold Hyundai that was traveling at a high rate of speed.
According to the authorities, the Ford truck was driving east in the center two-way lane on East Mojave Road, preparing to make a left turn into a private driveway. At the same time, the Hyundai was also heading east on East Bonanza Road, but unfortunately, failed to stay in its designated lane. Instead, it veered into the center two-way turn lane and collided with the right rear corner of the Ford truck, resulting in a devastating impact.
Emergency medical personnel swiftly arrived at the scene and attended to the Hyundai driver, who was suffering from life-threatening injuries. They immediately transported him to UMC Trauma for urgent medical care.
