A 15-year-old teen from London has been convicted of a series of brutal rapes that spanned over a horrifying three-year period. Kevarnie Queen, who is now 19 years old, subjected his victims to a total of 22 sickening attacks, treating the women as mere objects for his own gratification. The Inner London Crown Court found him guilty of raping six victims, with evidence indicating that he targeted five of them through social media.

During the trial, it was revealed that Queen took some of his victims to tower blocks, where he raped them in communal stairwells. Shockingly, some of the girls believed that the abuse they suffered was a normal part of their relationship with Queen. Over the course of three years, several reports had been made to the police regarding Queen’s actions, but none of the victims were willing to press charges.

However, a breakthrough occurred when one victim bravely came forward on May 31, 2022, at the age of 18, leading to Queen’s subsequent arrest on suspicion of rape in June. In a display of solidarity, the five other victims also stepped forward, providing more information about Queen’s attacks. The police investigation uncovered a disturbing disregard for the young women’s rights to consent, as Queen showed a complete lack of respect for his victims.

Detective Constable Jennie Seward expressed her shock at Queen’s behavior, stating, Queen’s disregard for the young women’s rights to consent, and his complete lack of respect for them, is disgraceful. He treated the women as objects to use for his own gratification. Detective Inspector Ian Kenward praised the courage of the young women who came forward, acknowledging their role in preventing a dangerous offender from further harming others.

Queen is scheduled to appear in court for sentencing on October 13. Investigators believe that there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward. The conviction of this predatory offender serves as a reminder of the importance of supporting survivors and actively seeking justice for their experiences.
