YSRCP MP M.V.V. Satyanarayana has spoken out against opposition parties for allegedly politicizing the recent kidnapping of his family members. He confirmed that his son and wife had been kept hostage, beaten and tortured for almost two days before being rescued. He dismissed claims that the kidnapping was a settlement for money and instead alleged that it was a pre-planned result of a smartly executed operation. He is now calling for an inquiry by the CBI into the matter. Mr. Satyanarayana refuted opposition party claims that the incident was connected to his business by insisting that the decision to shift his business to Hyderabad was unrelated to the event. He praised the police force for their quick response to the situation and commended the overall safety of Andhra Pradesh.
