Young UPSC aspirant loses battle for life after being shot by a psychopathic killer in Patna

A UPSC aspirant who was shot by a psycho killer in Patna has passed away due to his injuries. Rahul Kumar Ojha, who had travelled to Patna from Buxar for an examination, was shot in the stomach after denying a request for Rs 20 by a man named Shubham alias Nepali. After being admitted to a private hospital and later shifted to Paras hospital, Ojha was operated on but unfortunately did not receive the blood transfusion he needed to survive. The victim’s father expressed his desire for encounters to be carried out by the Bihar police in response to the tragedy.

Subham alias Nepali, who is a Patna City Chowk native, was recently arrested by Sandeep Singh, the City SP of Patna (Central) and a team of Patrakar Nagar police station. Nepali had made headlines for having gunned down a paan vendor named Shahil at Bahadurpur railway over bridge. Later, he had also struck a railway employee with the butt of his gun and stole the employee’s mobile phone.
