The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has deployed officials from various districts to oversee and accelerate preparations for the inauguration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The temple is set to be inaugurated on January 22, with approximately 10,000 guests expected to attend, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
In order to ensure the smooth execution of the event, officials from the Urban Development Department of Uttar Pradesh have been assigned specific responsibilities. Nitin Bansal, the Director of Urban Bodies, has written a letter to the relevant officers and the Municipal Commissioner of Ayodhya detailing their duties.
Among the officials deployed are Angad Gupta, who will serve as the Assistant Municipal Commissioner in Ayodhya, responsible for managing the program. RK Tiwari, the Executive Engineer (Traffic) of Kanpur Municipal Corporation, has also been sent to Ayodhya to serve as the Executive Engineer (Traffic).
In addition to these appointments, officers from districts including Kanpur, Moradabad, Deoria, Lucknow, Sultanpur, Basti, Bahraich, Gonda, and Varanasi have been deployed in Ayodhya for the Pran Pratishtha program. This includes sanitation and food inspectors, tax assessment officers, tax superintendents, and revenue inspectors.
All officers have been instructed to report to their assigned duties in Ayodhya immediately to ensure successful arrangements for the event.
The deployment of officials from various districts highlights the state government’s commitment to ensuring the smooth execution of the Ram temple inauguration. With the participation of thousands of guests from India and around the world, including prominent political figures, the event is expected to be a significant milestone in the history of Ayodhya and the country as a whole.
