World of Warcraft has been present for twenty years, and the game has received various expansions and improvements over the years. After being a PC exclusive for years, it’s possible that World of Warcraft might hit other platforms someday in the future. According to Tech Times, World of Warcraft executive producer, Holly Longdale, was asked about bringing the game to consoles, and apparently, this idea is under consideration. She also stated that portioning the game to console is not impossible stating that Blizzard is pretty well positioned to do that in the future. World of Warcraft has been a dream of many console gamers, however despite speculations, there was never any official information about it. This is the first time that Blizzard officials ever mentioned the console version of WoW, and while this isn’t a confirmation, it’s great to see that Blizzard is considering porting WoW to consoles. Whether or not this will come true, remains to be seen, but we can still hope. In other news, Microsoft isn’t interfering with the development process at Blizzard, so maybe there’s hope for a WoW port.
