A fatal stabbing incident occurred on Saturday in east Colorado Springs, resulting in the death of a man. Law enforcement officials have charged a 22-year-old woman named Marianna Guerra with first-degree murder. The identity of the victim has not been revealed.
The incident occurred before 6 p.m. on Saturday when police received an emergency call regarding a stabbing in the 500 block of South Cedar Street, near South Hancock Avenue and East Costilla Street. Upon arrival, authorities found a man with at least one stab wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but unfortunately did not survive.
Law enforcement officials have assured the public that all individuals involved in the incident have been located, and there is no immediate threat to safety. However, the exact relationship between Guerra and the deceased man has not been disclosed.
