A tragic incident occurred in the Amritpur area of Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, as a woman and her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter lost their lives when the roof of a bus stop collapsed on them after being hit by an ambulance. The incident took place on Saturday afternoon when Ruby, along with her daughter and younger sister, was waiting at a bus stop near Hanuman Shiv temple.
The speeding ambulance hit the bus stop suddenly, and its roof fell on the trio, killing Ruby and her daughter on the spot. Ruby’s younger sister Sarita was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The ambulance driver fled the scene, and the authorities will initiate legal action against the driver after receiving a complaint.
