Head coach Kelly Sheffield expressed his admiration for the team’s mentality in high-pressure situations, stating, These sets are fun. It’s 15 points, it’s the end of the match. It’s go time. It’s either you go or you go home. It’s one of the two. We came out there in the fifth set and said this is what we live for.
Wisconsin’s journey this season has been one of growth and discovery. Each match against strong opponents has provided valuable lessons, presenting areas that need improvement.
