The Minister of Education Gaspard Twagirayezu received Mr. Andrea Bagnoli, the WFP Rwanda Country Director, and Dr. Mutinta Nseluke Hambayi, the Deputy Country Director. They discussed the WFP’s Country Strategic Plan for 2025-2029 with a focus on education.
