In an announcement made from Bhopal, the West Discom of Madhya Pradesh has earned an A-grade rating for speedy resolution of power complaints on CM Helpline 181. Specifically, districts including Indore, Ujjain, and Ratlam were credited for providing high-quality services to consumers and resolving complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Of the 52 districts in Madhya Pradesh, five districts from the West Discom, including Indore, secured positions as the top ten best-performing districts. The MD of the West Discom, Amit Tomar, emphasized that special attention is being given towards providing on-time customer service and satisfactorily resolving complaints. The company’s A-grade rating on the CM helpline is a reflection of its efforts.
Tomar added that daily reviews of cases registered on CM helpline are undertaken, with supervisory officers ensuring the prompt resolution of complaints to customers’ satisfaction. The ratings achieved by the districts falling within the West Discom indicate the dedicated spirit of the field officers and readiness to address problems with electricity supply.
