Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has instructed officials to expedite the work being done for the Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission. During a meeting at his official residence, the Chief Minister emphasized the need to improve traffic facilities on routes leading to the 16 identified temples in the first phase of the mission. He also instructed officials to complete all development work in a time-bound and planned manner. Additionally, he emphasized the need for better arrangements for hotels, homestays, and other amenities for the devotees near the temples. The Chief Minister stressed the importance of anticipating the potential number of devotees who may visit the temples in the next 20 to 25 years. He instructed PWD officials to expedite the road improvement work for the Manaskhand Corridor. The objective of the Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission is to increase the grandeur of these temples and promote religious tourism in the state.
