Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has launched a book titled Meri Yojana that outlines the state’s various public welfare schemes. The book, prepared by the Programme Implementation Department of the Uttarakhand Government, has been released in the form of an e-book. Its purpose is to simplify the understanding of public welfare schemes for the general public.
CM Dhami commended the efforts of the Programme Implementation Department and highlighted the importance of explaining these schemes in simple language. The book aims to provide information about the application process, eligibility criteria, necessary documents, and selection procedures for the welfare schemes run by different departments of the Uttarakhand government.
Deepak Kumar, the Secretary of Programme Implementation, emphasized that the book’s primary objective is to provide information about public welfare, self-employment, employment, skill development, training, and investment schemes in a user-friendly manner. It covers around 400 schemes, policies, and programs from 55 departments, institutions, organizations, boards, authorities, agencies, and commissions.
Through Meri Yojana, the general public will have access to information about the schemes implemented by the state government for their benefit. This includes basic services, certificates, and portals associated with these schemes.
The release of this book is expected to benefit public representatives, officers, personnel, and the general public, as it will enable them to better understand and avail themselves of the public welfare schemes. With the information presented in a simple and accessible format, individuals interested in these programs will have a comprehensive guide at their disposal.
