The Association also plans to rebrand itself to better represent the scale of the BTR sector and move forward with the UKAA Manifesto. These endeavors aim to strengthen the BTR sector and advocate for its interests within the housing industry and governmental bodies.
The appointment of Graham Sibley comes at a pivotal time for UKAA and the BTR industry as a whole. With his extensive background and leadership skills, Sibley is expected to contribute significantly to the association’s operational success and drive the continued growth and influence of the BTR sector.
