UAE Government Introduces Rewards and Incentives System for Public Sector Employees

In a bid to motivate and retain talented individuals in the public sector, the UAE government has launched a rewards and incentives system for its federal government employees. The system, approved by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to recognize the valuable contributions and achievements of employees while also encouraging them to continue their exceptional work.

Under the new system, federal government employees will be eligible for rewards and incentives based on their annual performance, contributions to the entity, and involvement in national achievements.
