Meanwhile, in Ujjain, state Higher Education Minister Mohan Yadav is facing opposition from senior party leaders, who have even complained to the Chief Minister and Sharma.
The state government has been announcing various measures and welfare schemes to woo voters, while the BJP is working to strengthen its grassroots organization. However, infighting within the party has created a negative perception of the BJP among voters. Political analysts say that the BJP has to find a way to deal with the anti-incumbency mood in the state, while also addressing the growing internal bickering.
