The first quake struck Thursday night with a magnitude of 2.5, followed by a second tremor early Friday morning measuring 2.1. A third earthquake was recorded on Sunday evening, registering a magnitude of 2. All three earthquakes were centered just under three miles away from Buford. The USGS stated that the seismic activity did not cause any significant damage and issued no warnings following the events.
