Telangana CM’s Wife Shobha Rao Makes Visits Tirumala Temple Amidst Speculations
Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s wife, Shobha Rao, has recently offered prayers at the renowned Tirumala temple in Tirupati. Shobha, accompanied by some family members, arrived in Tirupati by a special flight from Hyderabad to have a darshan at the temple this morning. She actively participated in the Archana Seva and performed the ritual of tonsuring her head as part of the worship ceremonies at the hill shrine. Interestingly, her visit coincides with reports of Chief Minister KCR’s ill health, adding to the speculation surrounding his condition.
Last week, KCR’s son and minister, K. T. Rama Rao, revealed that his father had been suffering from viral fever along with a secondary infection. Shobha’s prayers at the iconic temple come just a day after the Election Commission of India announced the Assembly election schedule in Telangana.
KCR, who aims to secure a hat-trick as the chief minister, has scheduled the launch of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) election campaign on October 15, which is also the day when the party’s election manifesto will be unveiled. As part of the campaign, KCR is set to address a series of public meetings. The BRS chief intends to contest from two Assembly seats, Gajwel and Kamareddy, and will file his nominations on November 9. The Assembly elections for the 119-member Assembly are scheduled to be held on November 30, and the BRS has already announced candidates for 115 seats.
Shobha’s visit to the Tirumala temple has garnered attention due to the ongoing speculations regarding KCR’s health. However, it is important to note that the temple visit and the election schedule announcement are distinct events, and any link between them remains purely speculative.
The devotees and supporters of KCR eagerly await his recovery to full health as they look forward to his dynamic leadership and endeavors in the upcoming Assembly elections. As the campaign intensifies, all eyes will be on Telangana to witness how the political landscape unfolds in the days to come.
