The Supreme Court of India will review a plea on June 13, opposing Telangana High Court's decision to grant anticipatory bail to YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy in the murder case of Andhra Pradesh's former minister Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy. The daughter of the late minister argues that the accused received political support, evading CBI proceedings. YSRCP leader is forbidden to leave the country and manipulate evidence. Reddy's father Y.S. Bhaskar Reddy was arrested by CBI last month in connection with the case.

Suneetha Narreddy, daughter of YS Vivekananda Reddy, has filed a plea with the Supreme Court, challenging Telangana High Court's decision to grant anticipatory bail to Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the murder investigation. She alleges that CBI evidence was disregarded and that Reddy obstructed the investigation, destroyed evidence and wielded political influence. The former MP was found murdered a month before India's 2019 General elections.
