Yoga Helps Cancer Patients Recover Quickly, Says AIIMS-Bhopal

AIIMS Bhopal organised a yoga session for cancer patients to promote physical and mental well-being. Around 35 participants learned various practices, including breathing exercises and meditation. Dr Ajai Singh highlighted the relevance of yoga in accelerating recovery among conventional treatments. Such events will be held regularly to create awareness and encourage the integration of yoga into people's lives. Ragi idli breakfast was served to promote millet inclusion in their diet and enhance overall health. Yoga is an inexpensive and time-efficient complementary therapy that can assist cancer patients physically, emotionally, and mentally.
