Lokayukta orders investigation into Mahakal Lok idols falling down in Bhopal
An investigation has been launched after six idols of Saptarishis fell down at Mahakal Lok corridor due to a storm, raising concerns about the quality of the materials used. The technical team will visit the site to ascertain if there was any corruption involved in installing stone statues and using fibre reinforced polymers for the idols. The Urban Development Department will also examine all the idols to ensure their quality.
