Zelenskyy Visits Flooded Area as Five Reported Dead in Russian-Occupied City
A breached dam in Nova Kakhovka has led to catastrophic flooding, causing the deaths of five residents in Russian-occupied territories and resulting in the largest environmental crisis since Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Over 4,000 people have been evacuated from the Dnieper River area.
