A Calder Ridge man was denied bail in a building damage and burglary case after appearing before Magistrate John Ballah at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court. Jason Williams, the suspect in an ongoing investigation, is accused of damaging part of the roof of the E. Moussa Enterprise Building and burglarizing the establishment. Prosecutors argued that granting bail to Williams would hinder investigations, as he is already on bail for a previous offense and has been identified as a suspect in another case. Consequently, Ballah remanded Williams in custody until a bail review on December 5, 2023.
