Singareni Collieries Company Ltd. (SCCL) General Manager M Suresh has stated that good hygiene and a healthy environment at the workplace can boost productivity. Inaugurating the ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ (Cleanliness Fortnight) program in Singareni Bhavan, Suresh emphasized the vital role that clean and healthy environments play in increasing work efficiency. He went on to stress that the confidence of workers and the reputation of the organization are both impacted by good health and hygiene.
Suresh noted that it is the responsibility of everyone to keep the workplace clean and thereby create a positive atmosphere. The ‘Cleanliness Fortnight’ program will also see the establishment of sapling plantations, with cleanliness programs to be implemented in all mine areas, offices, colonies, and streets.
