State Investigation Agency (SIA) Kashmir conducted multiple raids in the districts of Anantnag, Shopian and Pulwama on Wednesday morning. The raids were carried out with the assistance of local police and CRPF. The investigations are being conducted in connection to the killing of a bank guard named Sanjay Sharma in February this year. The case is being investigated under FIR No. 14/2023.
The investigation into the killing case has been ongoing in full force and last month, the first round of raids was conducted at nine different locations. The SIA is leaving no stone unturned in its thorough investigation of the case.
According to a top official, the SIA is actively carrying out raids in several locations in south Kashmir and making progress in its investigation. The SIA has already taken into custody several individuals in connection to the case and the investigations are ongoing.
