The charge sheet filed by the Delhi police before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) of Rouse Avenue Courts outlines the offences under sections 354, 354A, and 354D of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against Singh. It has been alleged that he attempted to coerce one athlete into sexual activity by offering her supplements, invited another grappler to his bed, hugged her, and assaulted and inappropriately touched other athletes.
Former WFI assistant secretary Vinod Tomar has also been charged under sections 109, 354, 354A, and 506 of the IPC for allegedly offering a bribe, making sexually coloured remarks, stalking, and criminal intimidation.
The charge sheet reportedly contains the statements of approximately 200 witnesses.
