Authorities Raise Security Alert Following Impending Threat to Abuja-Kaduna Train Service
Intelligence reports have revealed an imminent danger to the Abuja-Kaduna Train Service (AKTS) in Nigeria, as a coalition of banditry syndicate plans to attack the route. The secret police, in a security memo addressed to the NRC Managing Director, has called for urgent and improved security measures to prevent any potential harm to passengers and disruption of the train service.
The threat involves the intention to kidnap passengers on board the Abuja-Kaduna Train Service and demand ransom.
