Tech education start-up Scaler has acquired Delhi-based edtech firm Pepcoding for an undisclosed sum. The deal will help Scaler strengthen its position in the education technology market and accelerate growth. The acquisition is the fourth for Scaler, which previously brought in AppliedRoots, Coding Minutes and Coding Elements. Pepcoding’s experience with undergraduate students will be beneficial for Scaler School of Technology, a new four-year residential programme in Bengaluru. The firm will open the programme to the first group of students this academic year, with the new team expected to offer expertise in building and executing the course.
