The acquisition, which closed on January 31, 2024, combines Rock-it Cargo’s core expertise in live music touring with SOS’s specialization in freight forwarding and logistics services for live events, particularly in the sports and broadcast industries. The synergy between the two companies will enhance Rock-it Cargo’s domestic capabilities in live touring, film and TV production, as well as expand its global reach.
