RIMS and Private University Collaborate to Boost Education

State-run Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) and Amity University, Jharkhand have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote collaborative education programmes, capacity development, and joint research projects. The MoU will enable both the university and hospital to share their facilities and promote academic and scientific interaction in areas of common interests. Research instrumentation facilities offered by the university will be made available to faculty members and research scholars of RIMS. Additionally, the MoU will facilitate a student exchange programme for educational, research, and training purposes. As part of the programme, students of Jharkhand’s Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology (AICP) will assist in the evaluation and treatment of cases at the hospital under the supervision of a psychiatrist and clinical psychologist. The students will have access to all the modalities and infrastructure needed to complete the programme. The MoU aims to foster cooperation in the academic and healthcare sectors, leading to better education and healthcare outcomes in Jharkhand.
