Renowned American Judge Frank Caprio has been announced as the keynote speaker at the opening of the 12th edition of the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF 2023) in Sharjah. Caprio, the former chief judge of the Municipal Court of Providence in the US, achieved global fame through his compassionate rulings, earning him the reputation as ‘the nicest judge in the world’. His viral courtroom videos captured the hearts of millions on social media platforms. Caprio will also be recognized at the Sharjah Government Communication Award ceremony during the event.

The International Government Communication Forum (IGCF) is organized by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB) and will be held from September 13-14. Under the theme ‘Today’s Resources.. Tomorrow’s Wealth’, the forum will bring together decision-makers, government officials, intellectuals, and communication experts from around the world. The event will feature more than 90 activities, including panel discussions, speeches, workshops, and pre-forum programs led by over 250 local and global experts.
