Eric Metaxas’ Letter to the American Church secures the ninth spot, and finally, John Mark Comer’s The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry: How to Stay Emotionally Healthy and Spiritually Alive in the Chaos of the Modern World rounds out the top ten.
In the fiction category, only one debut book made it to the list: Hunted at the Hideaway by Jennifer Brown. Published in June, it is part of Harlequin Books’ Inspirational Mountain Rescue collection. Meanwhile, Gillian McAllister’s Wrong Place Wrong Time clinches the number one spot, benefitting from being selected as a Reese’s Book Club pick in May. And lastly, William P. Young’s The Shack continues to hold a strong presence, securing the tenth spot after being on the bestseller list since 2008.
