The Redmi Buds 4 Active comes in a lightweight matte-finish pebble-shaped case made of plastic. The case has a flap on top for opening and closing, a USB-C port, and an LED light indicator at the bottom. The earbuds have the same plastic texture as the case and have an in-ear design that fits easily and comfortably in the ears. To provide a snug fit, three different sizes of eartips are included. These earbuds also have a touch sensor on the top that controls the volume and playback.
The case itself doesn’t come with a USB charger, but it does have a battery indicator that turns blue when plugged in. The earbuds can only be paired with other devices using Bluetooth.
Redmi Buds 4 Active is perfect for those who want earbuds that are affordable yet have all the basic features of wireless earbuds. They are easy to carry around due to their lightweight design and compact case. Their battery life of around four hours may seem average, but they can be charged several times with the case, which is a convenient feature.
In terms of sound quality, these earbuds offer balanced audio with good bass and clear vocals. They also have noise isolation that helps in blocking out external noise. However, they are not the best for making calls due to their microphone quality.
