According to reports, Jarret was supposed to meet the teenager in Santa Monica on Sunday night. However, the Creep Catcher Unit was waiting for him and confronted him when he arrived. Jarret insisted that he thought the girl was 18 and that he was only meeting her to tell her to stop messaging him.
The Creep Catcher Unit has allegedly provided screenshots of chat conversations with Jarret as evidence. The messages reportedly started in May 2022, and in them, Jarret is said to have groomed the supposed underage girl. The phone number used in the conversations allegedly matches one that Jarret had previously provided in court documents in Los Angeles in 2018.
