Munich-based einwert Raises €4 Million to Become an European Leader in Real Estate Value Management
Einwert, a comprehensive value management platform for real estate, has secured €4 million in seed funding to position itself as a top player in real estate value management across Europe. The funding round was led by pan-European early-stage venture capital firm, Ventech.
This latest investment sees Ventech joining the existing group of investors, including 468 Capital, Wecken & Cie, Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, and infinitas capital, as lead investor. All of the existing investors have also increased their stakes. Additionally, key individuals Peter and Anne Bosch, Martin Linder (McKinsey), Ulrich Groß, and Jürgen Roth (Immowelt) join the team of business angels, which includes Oliver Manojlovic, VP Sales of Personio, and Dr. Stephan Rohr, founder and co-CEO of TWAICE.
Einwert’s platform allows users to commission valuations that are prepared by accredited partner appraisers through a dedicated workflow software. The platform seamlessly integrates all relevant data and documents, making them accessible and analyzable digitally at any time. By aggregating current market data from various providers, einwert provides real-time value analysis and benchmarks, serving as a valuable tool for informed decision-making, such as portfolio optimization, re-letting, and ESG investments. The platform also offers significant time savings of over 70 percent and complete transparency through digital order management.
Founded in 2022 by Dr. Christina Mauer and Dr. Maximilian Schlachter, einwert aims to revolutionize property valuation through its digital platform. The fresh capital from the recent seed financing round will be used to further develop the einwert platform and establish it as the European market leader in value management.
