Rahul Gandhi, a leader of the Indian National Congress party, launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a gathering of the Indian diaspora in San Francisco. He accused Modi of being a part of a group of people who think they know more than God and understand everything, including science, history, and warfare, when in reality, they do not understand anything. He also criticized the ruling dispensation for stoking the flames of hatred and controlling the political system and businesses, denying women their rightful place in society. Gandhi’s party had recently done a Bharat Jodo Yatra, a mass contact program, to help bring people together and challenge the hatred being propagated.

The Indian National Congress is one of two major political parties in India and is currently the opposition party in the parliament. Led by Sonia Gandhi, it has been in existence for over a century and has played a vital role in India’s freedom struggle.

Rahul Gandhi is a popular political leader and a former president of the Indian National Congress party. He is the son of former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and Congress President Sonia Gandhi. He has been a vocal critic of Prime Minister Modi’s policies and has been leading the charge against him on several issues.
