Police in Gorton, Manchester are seeking assistance from the public in identifying a man who may have information regarding a threatening incident at the Central Park tram stop. The incident occurred on Friday, June 16, when Metrolink staff reported threatening behavior towards them at the station.
To aid in their investigation, the police have released a photograph of the man in question, urging anyone who recognizes him to come forward. They are also appealing to any witnesses who may have been present at the time of the incident.
In a post on the GMP Manchester North Facebook page, an officer from the Transport Unit stated, Officers have followed up on several leads and are now requesting the public’s assistance. The man captured in the image below may have valuable information that could assist with the investigation. Additionally, we are appealing for any witnesses who were in the area at the time or who may have observed the incident.

In other news, a man tragically lost his life after being struck by a car on the M62 motorway, resulting in a full closure of the road. Two individuals have also been arrested on suspicion of murder following a serious assault that led to the death of a woman.
