PNB Housing Finance has completed its rights issue for Rs 2,493 crore ($340m). Law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the legal adviser to the company, which issued 9,06,81,828 equity shares for cash at a price of Rs 275 ($3.75) per share to eligible equity shareholders. BNP Paribas, JPMorgan India Private Limited, BofA Securities India Limited and Axis Capital Limited were the lead managers to the issue, and Sidley Austin acted as international legal counsel for the lead managers.
